Cue Sheet Privacy Policy

Cue Sheet is a desktop app sold by Ethan Entermedia, LLC ("we," "us"). This page explains what data the app and our site handle. Your shows stay on your computer.
What the app collects about your shows
The app collects nothing about your shows. Scripts, cues, sound files and device lists are stored on your computer, in Documents > Cue Sheet. We don't upload them, and we can't see them.
What the app sends over the internet
Cue Sheet contacts the internet for two reasons only.
License check. When you activate the app, it sends your license key and this computer's name to Lemon Squeezy. After that, when Cue Sheet opens and once a day while online, the app sends the license key and an instance id. Like any request, these reach the service with your computer's IP address. The app keeps working offline between checks. A check never stops a show that is running.
Update check. Once a day, the app requests a small file from ethanentermedia.net to see whether a new version is available. The request sends nothing about your shows. Like any web request, it reaches ethanentermedia.net's web host with standard request information, including your IP address, which the host may log.
What the payment provider collects
When you buy, Lemon Squeezy processes your payment as the merchant of record. It collects your name, email, billing details and payment information, and it handles receipts, sales tax and refunds. Read its privacy policy for how it handles your data: https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/privacy. Lemon Squeezy shares your name, email, and order and subscription details (plan, status, renewals and cancellations) with Ethan Entermedia, LLC. We keep these in our customer system (a CRM service we use) to support your account and send account and product emails. We do not sell them.
Local network use
Phones and tablets join the booth computer over your local network, for example to view cues or a script. That traffic stays on your network. It doesn't pass through our servers.

You can delete your show data at any time by removing the Cue Sheet folder in Documents.

We may update this policy. The current version is on ethanentermedia.net, with the date below.
