How much does a wedding DJ cost in Winston-Salem?

Is the estimate the final price?
For a single service, it's accurate. When you book two or more services together it gets quoted as a bundle after a short consultation, and that usually lands under the à-la-carte total. I don't quote bundles blind — I'd either overcharge you or underquote the job.
What locks my date?
A signed contract and a 50% retainer. The retainer is the hold — no money, no hold. The balance is due the day of the event, and everything runs through Square.
Is the retainer refundable?
No, because the date comes off the market. The one exception is something neither of us controls: the venue closes, a storm shuts the day down, someone gets seriously ill. Reschedules work up to two weeks out, depending on availability.
Do you travel outside Winston-Salem?
Statewide across North Carolina. There's no separate travel fee — whatever the trip costs is already built into your quote.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. Send me whatever your venue requires and I'll get the certificate of insurance over to them directly.
Can you shoot my wedding day?
Not day-of coverage — I do portrait photography in the studio at 102 W. 3rd St. If you want portraits before or after the wedding, that's the right fit, and I'm glad to recommend someone for the day itself.
